Description

Classic no-bake Cherry Yum Yum features layers of buttery graham cracker crust, a smooth cream cheese mixture, and tart cherry topping. Family-favorite dessert, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tbsp melted salted butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

2 cups heavy whipping cream

3 tbsp sugar (for cream)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

21 oz can cherry pie filling


Instructions

1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter.

2. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish, reserving 2 tbsp for topping.

3. Beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.

4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with 3 tbsp sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese until combined.

6. Spread half cream mixture over crust. Add cherry pie filling evenly.

7. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and reserved crumbs.

8. Chill covered for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.

Notes

For the crust, swap in vanilla wafers or add 1/4 cup chopped pecans for variety. Substitute Cool Whip for freshly whipped cream if desired. Leftovers keep 3–5 days, covered and refrigerated. Freeze for up to 3 months.
